You may have seen or read it, Apple announced new iMac Pro at the opening keynote of the WWDC 2017, but also the new MacOS High Sierra.
With the latter, the apple firm is finally embarking on the promising market that is virtual reality …
Apple launches into virtual reality
During this keynote, Apple announced in addition to iMac Pro, the arrival of the new operating system MacOS High Sierra bringing native compatibility with HTC Vive and Steam VR.
The power of the new iMac Pro will also allow creation in VR, given the war machines.
But that's not all, Apple has also announced the compatibility of some of its machines with eGPU external graphics cards that can be connected to our Mac to enjoy the VR.
Only downside, they can be connected via the Thunderbolt 3, which greatly reduces the compatibility with the machines (only Macbook Pro and new iMac will be).
What do you think of the arrival of VR on MacOS?
