Apple is releasing the version of watchOS 6.1.3 to the public this evening. It comes with bug fixes and improvements. The update includes a fix for an issue that prevented the irregular heartbeat notification from working as expected for Apple Watch owners in Iceland.
By the way, users who have an Apple Watch that cannot run watchOS 6 or if they have an Apple Watch that is compatible with watchOS 6 but is connected to an iPhone that runs on iOS 12, Apple also made available watchOS 5.3.5. Both versions make the same changes.

Apple Watch users, you can update your touching Apple connected via the app Watch on your iPhone.
