Twitter boss Dick Costello today introduced a new online photo storage and sharing service. Users of the microblogging site will now be able to publish their photos directly via Twitter and more specifically by providers of this specific service such as yFrog or TwitPic. If Mr. Costello did not deign to communicate about an active collaboration with Apple about the native integration of Twitter in iOS 5 (read: Twitter natively integrated into iOS 5? ), the video revealing this new service surprisingly places the iPhone rather forward, without however revealing the slightest suspicion about this hypothetical integration. We will therefore have to wait until next Monday to have any confirmation.
Note that for people who use Twitter through their web browser, it will take a few days to be able to take advantage of this new service. Indeed, the owner of the microblogging site has warned that access to this new feature will take a few days.
We discuss it on the forum.
