Apple’s iBooks not only lets you buy and read ebooks, you can also take notes, highlight text, save bookmarks, and even organize your books and PDFs in collections.
iBooks can also synchronize all this data between your different idevices (iPhone, iPad and Mac) so that you can see the same thing on all your devices.

1- Launch the “Settings” application on your iPhone or iPad. 2- Click on iBooks.3- Activate options Bookmarks and Notes synchronization and Collections synchronization.
How to enable iBooks synchronization on your Mac
1- Launch iBooks app on your Mac. 2- Click on iBooks in the top navigation bar and select Preferences.3- Under Sync, check the box for synchronization of bookmarks, highlights, and collections across devices.
