Many people use the Notes app on the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. This allows us to take notes very quickly and easily. These notes can be taken by hand or typing. Likewise, you can draw or add photos in a note.
If you add photos, documents, sketches, or links to your notes often enough, you should end up with a lot of attachments in the Notes app. It may happen that you are looking for or want to see all the photos, drawings, links and documents that you have inserted in your notes.
In this tutorial, we will explain how to view the photos stored in the Notes application. It is also valid for viewing sketches, links and documents.
How to view photos stored in the Notes app
To see the photos you inserted in your notes, follow these steps:
Go to the Notes app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
If you have chosen several accounts (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to save your notes, select the account of your choice. In this case, we will choose the iCloud account.
At the bottom left, you will see an icon consisting of four small squares. Tap on it.
Once you’ve tapped on it, you’ll see all of your attachments: photos and videos, drawings, websites, and documents.
To see all your photos and videos, press the button Show all located at the top right of the photos and videos. From there, you will have before you the photos and videos that are attached to your notes.
Afterwards, you can touch one of the photos or videos to display it in the note in which it is located. In addition, you can share the photo or video by tapping the square containing the arrow at the bottom left.
How to view drawings, documents and links stored in the Notes application
In order to see the drawings, documents and links in the Notes application, the procedure is almost identical:
Go to the Notes application.
Tap the icon made of four small squares.
Then tap the button Show all located at the top right of the drawings, links or documents.
Now you can view your drawings in the note or share them. You can directly access the links that will guide you to Safari.
