The trick hidden on IOS 9.2
Disable (temporarily) unused applications
Do you have an ‘iEject’ folder? You can use a different name, but almost everyone with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch has a dedicated folder for storing apps they want to disappear. Well now a secret trick has been discovered in iOS 9.2 which just might prove to be the answer to this age old problem…
The steps are as follows:
- Move the unwanted apps to a new folder.
- Drag the application you want to disappear on the far right into the folder we created.
- While the app is still held under your finger press the home button.
This causes the app to magically disappear and the trick can be repeated for each app in the folder. Once they are all gone and you exit the folder that folder will disappear too.
Too bad this solution is temporary because the applications reappear again on your iPhone / iPad / iPod touch when the device is restarted.
