The newspaper The echoes note that the operators are not opposed to an acceleration of the calendar but they wish some fiscal arrangements (like the reduction of the tax IFER, or Fixed Taxation on the Companies of Networks, on the radio installations, therefore the antennas of the mobile networks) or the early renewal of mobile phone licenses.
