The OnePlus One is a particular smartphone that has largely gained its popularity due to its pricing orientation and an invitation-only sales system. OnePlus recently lifted the invitation system and made its One accessible to everyone, all the time. The smartphone has even been invited to physical stores in Malaysia.

The other smartphone to come, a low cost model, could be offered without invitation and directly in physical stores. OnePlus could thus take advantage of the time it has left before the release of its terminals to forge partnerships around the world so that its products reach a wider audience.
