The DGSE attentive to the danger of the manipulators during the French presidential election

The attempts to influence by foreign powers in the critical time of presidential elections is not a new phenomenon but the American presidential campaign has shown that a milestone had been crossed in the will to manipulate by force of the Web to reach a large number of people simultaneously and without the possibility of filtering or monitoring, as in traditional media.
