SnapDragon 820 but with Full HD screen?

Galaxy Note 5 S6 Edge plus renderingAfter the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge from the beginning of the year, Samsung undoubtedly prepares a phablet Galaxy Note 6 for the second half, with perhaps a Galaxy Note 6 Edge variant on the screen stretched over the edges.

But these would not be the only models under development. Next to the two high-end smartphones, there is a variant Galaxy Note 6 Lite with slightly more modest characteristics.

She would stay on a SoC SnapDragon 820 (a SnapDragon 823 not yet announced is mentioned for the Galaxy Note 6) with 4 GB of RAM (against up to 6 GB RAM for the Galaxy Note 6).

The display would also be reduced to Full HD resolution, instead of the expected QHD screen, and still in 5.8 inches. It would therefore not really be a "mini" version with lightened characteristics but rather a variation.

It remains that it is only a rumor spread on the Chinese social network Weibo and which therefore requires rigorous tweezing, especially since with a Full HD display rather than QHD to manage, it could offer solid performance and very good autonomy, at the risk of overshadowing its future elders.
