Riot Hotfixes Le Bug Hilarant De La Camra Cypher De Valorant – GKZ Hitech

Earlier this week, players trapped in Valorant's closed beta discovered an interesting quirk. Agent Cypher's spy camera had a problem allowing you to turn it into a turret and mount it on any wall to take down unsuspecting opponents. While this is a pretty funny bug, this is obviously not the way the camera is supposed to work – and developer Riot has now fixed it out of the game.

Players like YouTuber Jonal Gaming demonstrated the FPS game bug in action, explaining how it works in clips like the one below. One of the tools available to Cypher is a disposable camera, which he can lob against a wall to keep his eye on the edge of the card. The gadget also includes a tracking dart, which it can fire at passing enemies – but that adds to a bug that meant it could grab any handgun that was launched at it.

Then, if the camera held one of these weapons, it would fire rather than the dart – and with infinite ammunition, it seems, according to the video below.

While this is a fun bug to see, it's not hard to imagine the edge it would give Cypher players in a match.

Riot has now released a list of certain fixes it has deployed on the beta version, which includes a slightly encrypted but key update: Cypher’s camera has been made less legal in some circumstances. Hmm. In addition, he fixed a number of map exploits. It therefore seems that the bug of the Cypher camera is definitely gone.
