Update: Predictably, the consoles were gone in minutes! The two dealers have indeed sold all their stock, only the fastest have managed to get hold of the coveted machine. Carrefour promises, however, that new stocks will soon be available. We will therefore have to stay on the lookout. At the same time, the Amazon and Cdiscount merchant sites are once again offering the console for sale. Here again, we must act quickly!

The PS5 is out of stock everywhere. To buy it without having pre-ordered it, it’s a real obstacle course and you have to fight to get one. We must also turn to resellers who still have stock. New luck today at Carrefour and Super U.

The two brands have indeed announced that they will sell the famous console on their website from today December 3. The sale opens at 9 a.m. at Super U, 10 a.m. at Carrefour. At the time of writing, the Carrefour site is already overloaded, with a queue of almost 10 minutes at the entrance. But if you’re ahead at the fateful hour, you might just be lucky enough to get one. The “maybe” is important here.

Pick up in store

Once the console has been pre-ordered, you will have to travel to pick it up in store. A small sacrifice that we are sure you are ready to make. In any case, the race is now on and there is a good chance that these flash sales only last a few minutes before stocks run out, as the machine is coveted. It will be necessary to be fast!

As a reminder, the PS5 was released on November 19 in France and brings a lot of nice innovations compared to the PS4. Technically, the machine can display games in 4K / 60 FPS, uses ray-tracing in compatible titles and has an SSD that annihilates almost all loading times.

The remote, called DualSense, is also a great advance, since it brings haptic feedback, a first on a pad, which allows us to “feel” what is happening to our avatar in the game. The console is available in two versions. The classic version at 499 euros and the Digitial version, without disk drive, at 399 euros.
