Some as Asus already do, Apple has just filed a patent that puts forward an iPhone integrated in a Macbook, like a brain.
As a result, the iPhone would install instead of the Trackpad and act as a controller but also engine as it feeds the Mac. The latter would be, in this case, an empty shackle with just a screen and a keyboard to switch to professional mode when the user wants it.
A brain for Macbook
As the patent describes, the iPhone would provide power, connectivity (Wifi and Bluetooth), a consistent battery and the iOS system to the Mac.
A nice idea that is not necessarily intended for the general public, Apple just magnet to patent and block competitors.
Who is for? At what price ?
