Like every year, the professional social network LinkedIn publishes an annual list of the most wanted employers. Usually, the apple brand is always on this list. The Californian company is indeed very popular and is attracting more and more applicants, who are looking for work with a company recognized worldwide. To create this ranking, LinkedIn collects data from more than 546 million users worldwide. An incredible number which automatically ranks companies by search order. What is more surprising is that half of the most sought after companies belong to the technology sector. The first six, which occupy the places in front of Apple therefore, there are Alphabet (Google), Facebook, Amazon, Salesforce, Deloitte and Uber.
If it is no longer one of the most sought after, the Californian firm is nevertheless participating in the hiring of many new employees: more than 20,000 new employees should arrive in the ranks of Apple over the next five years. Unlike last year, LinkedIn has not published the reasons why users are looking for these companies. In 2018, the 18-month maternity leave for mothers and the 25% reduction on the company’s devices weighed in the choice to apply at Apple.
