The Epic Games changed Fortnite Battle Royale in Chapter 2 and one of the changes was the way the Battle Pass worked this season. Combat webs are no longer needed to level up and have been removed from the game. They are therefore not hidden in the weekly loading screens.
This season, FORTNITE's letters have been hidden in the loading screens and, while the eighth mission has been published, you can now collect all the letters and this article will show you where the last E of the diving mission is.
Dive! LOADING LOCK – HIDDEN LOCATION LETTER
Achieve eight of the eleven diving goals! Mission unlocks the last loading screen containing a hidden letter, which is E. Once you have recovered the last letter, you will unlock Mystery Skin for this season. Here's what the loading screen looks like:

This letter is on the bridge located in the Hydro 16 marker and we have indicated the exact location on the map below. This landmark is located east of Slurpy Marsh and northwest of Misty Meadows.
