Rumors have talked about it almost since the release of the NES classic Mini: the Super Nes classic Mini will indeed be in the game, Nintendo just officializing its release.
The legendary 16-bit console from the 1990s, the Super NES will thus offer a remake by taking up the original design of the machine in a much more compact version, like what was proposed with the NES classic Mini.
On the menu of festivities: two wired controllers that seem to use the original connectors of the machine, an HDMI port, and 31 integrated games.
The list of integrated titles is as follows:
- Contra III: The Alien Wars
- Donkey kong country
- EarthBound
- Final Fantasy III
- F-Zero
- Kirby Super Star
- Kirby’s Dream Course
- The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
- Mega Man X
- Secret of Mana
- Star fox
- Star fox 2
- Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting
- Super Castlevania IV
- Super Ghouls ‘n Ghosts
- Super Mario Kart
- Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
- Super Mario World
- Super Metroid
- Super Punch-Out!
- Yoshi’s Island
Unfortunately, the pack will not include an AC adapter, which must be purchased separately, and the price of the machine increases compared to its little sister: 79.99 dollars in the USA (against 60 $ the NES classic Mini). Availability has been confirmed as of September 29 in France, at a price in euros which remains to be defined. Remember that when it came out, the NES classic mini was out of stock, which would encourage buyers a little more to rush towards this Super NES classic.
