Would the operator Mobistar want to optimize its services? This is what one might think the sight of this text message received this morning by a client of the operator asking if the latter would recommend Mobistar for its mobile telephone service. The customer questioned is asked to answer a score of 1 (-) 10 (+).

Would France Tlcom's subsidiary have in its projects of pamper its customers after, in particular, the small tip experienced at the beginning of the month (read: The Mobistar network was severely disrupted )?
