Apple just released the final version of the new operating system update for Mac : macOS Sierra (read: Mac: macOS Sierra 10.12.1 available in final version). As usual, this is accompanied by multiple new features and improvements and among them, we note the arrival of new virtual keyboards in the System Preferences and the disappearance of a row of keys among those that usually make up the keyboard. For the MacBook Pro 2016?
Indeed, if we used to have 6 rows of keys in a keyboard, we now only have 5 with the new update of macOS Sierra. As you can already imagine, this could be explained by the arrival of new MacBook Pro, which should have a bar OLED touch instead of the traditional function keys. A hypothesis which is all the more obvious since it is the row of function keys which has indeed disappeared in this new diagram.
As a reminder, the MacBook Pro 2016 will be formalized tomorrow (Thursday, October 27) during the keynote “ Hello again ” It will therefore be an opportunity for us to check all the rumors that have already circulated around this new computer intended for professionals.
