Indeed, a daring user disassembled a MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and noticed that the SSD was soldered to the motherboard. This means that it will not be possible to replace it if you wish to have more memory. The only option available to users is therefore to choose the storage capacity that suits their needs at the time of purchase. However, given the high prices of the models offering the best storage, this could cool some buyers.
