If we believe the many rumors that have been spreading for several months now, Apple would prepare a new one MacBook Pro for this year. A new model which would include a large number of new features and which would therefore constitute the biggest update for a MacBook Pro since 2012.
However, although its presentation is scheduled for this year, it is still unclear what the exact date will be. If quite recently it was rumored that this new MacBook Pro would be unveiled at the same time as the future iPhone 7 and 7 Plus during the next keynote in September, it would seem that this is ultimately no longer the case.
Indeed, site reporter Mark Gurman Bloomberg recently reported that the apple company would not ultimately lift the veil on its new computers during the iPhone 7 keynote in 2016. It will therefore take a little longer, but this presentation should however arrive before the end of this year.
As a reminder, the MacBook Pro of 2016 should benefit from a finer and more innovative design with in particular the appearance of the famous OLED bar in place of the traditional function keys. In addition, USB-C ports and a Touch ID fingerprint sensor could also be integrated into the machine.
