The email addresses obtained when subscribing to an Internet subscription would no longer be deleted if the user decides to change their ISP. They could be redirected to another email address, like mail following a move. This is the content of a portability device which could soon be proposed by two deputies.
Mail tracking for 6 months
As with mobile phone numbers, it would suffice to transmit a new address to his contacts when changing ISP. The deputies Laure de la Raudière and Jean Dionis du Séjour think of a portability of the email addresses which would spare the Internet user from this constraint which links an FAI email account to the subscription subscribed with the access provider.
Free or paid, this solution would work up to 6 months after unsubscribing. All that remains is to put all these good ideas on paper…
