Apple just updated its digital multimedia software iTunes, which is now available in version 12.5.4. With this upgrade, the company did not bring any major innovations. Bug fixes and some improvements are nevertheless on the program.
Among the main changes proposed, we will first mention the support of the new TV application for certain devices such as the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Apple TV. However, as this application is currently only available to American users, this innovation is really not useful to us.
In addition, thanks to this new update, iTunes also supports the Touch Bar of the MacBook Pro Retina 2016. Thus, it will be possible, for example, for users to use the scroller to access various multimedia content. Finally, to all this are added some improvements in terms of system and performance. Bugs have also been fixed here and there and they mainly concern the Windows version.
If you are interested in iTunes 12.5.4 and its few new features, you can already download it from the Mac App Store for Mac users. On the other hand, for Windows, the download is done from the Apple update utility (Apple Software Update).
