Apple has just lifted the veil on its iPhone 7 and 7 Plus tonight, the most anticipated smartphones of this year, and their next release should make all fans of the firm’s phones very happy. However, as the most insistent rumors about these new iPhones have rightly asserted, these have a design similar to the latest iPhone 6S and offer only a few new features.
To be able to appreciate major changes, it will indeed be necessary to wait for the iPhone 7S / 8 of 2017, which would benefit from several important innovations. Moreover, a patent recently filed by Apple tells us that it really wants to go in this direction, at least in terms of appearance.
The patent in question describes a smartphone entirely covered with a glass shell. This consists of different parts, some of which are more transparent than others, which are certainly reserved for the photo sensor of the future iPhone 7S (or iPhone 8) as well as its screen.
As a reminder, this is not completely new information. This possibility has already been mentioned by many rumors in recent months. This new patent therefore only confirms them and reinforces Apple’s intention to offer an innovative and exceptional iPhone 8 / 7S for next year.
