We told you earlier today about a problem with yellowing part of the iPhone 4 screen (see: “IPhone 4: notches show yellow spots”).
According to a member of the forumApple Insider, the problem would be temporary (one two days) and would be of a bonding agent (Z-6011) used to glue the different sheets of glass during the assembly process of the Retina Display of the iPhone 4.
Apparently, these spots are due to the fact that Foxconn, the Chinese company that produces the iPhone 4, would have such a high rate of work that it would not allow the liaison officer time to evaporate properly before the iPhone 4 was shipped.
The spots would disappear after two days of using the iPhone 4.
We discuss it on the forum.
