iOS 4.2: the "HDR" in the iPhone 3GS?

Available since the last firmware update iOS 4.1, the functionality “HDR” has so far been exclusively reserved for the new iPhone 4. However, some solutions “Diverted” had been proposed by hackers to have it on the previous models of the machine, such as the iPhone 3G and the iPhone 3GS. Following the arrival of the new version bta from the iOS Application Development Kit (SDK), lines of code have been discovered indicating that the iPhone 3GS is fully capable of having the “HDR”, Apple has just disabled this feature, for now.

These clues – which did not appear in the previous version of the development kit – could therefore suggest that Apple could possibly decide to activate the “HDR” for the iPhone 3GS and this, as soon as the next firwmare iOS 4.2 is made available?

We discuss it on the forum.
