The bta 3 diOS 13 contains some new features but this one is rather well hidden. Indeed, the developer Guilherme Rambo has found an image that suggests an interesting new feature.
Between two iPhones, Apple could offer a cable transfer.
A new configuration option for a new iPhone
The image in question was found with those that appear when you configure an iPhone, either because it is new, or following a restoration. This is in addition to the options for restoring data by iTunes or iCloud.
An iPhone 11 with USB-C port?
A good idea but which is currently impossible because Apple does not offer Lightning cable to Lightning. On the other hand, the lightning to USB-C cable has existed since the release of iPad Pro 2018 and could therefore be used with the future iPhone 11. It is rumored that Apple would go there, well pushed by the standards that tend to standardize ports.
Rest confirm all this and see if this option will be displayed in the final version of iOS 13 expected for mid September.
