With the arrival of iOS 13.1 next week, the new audio sharing feature will make its appearance. This option allows users to share the audio of an iPhone with multiple pairs of AirPods or Powerbeats Pro. If the compatibility seems limited, other Beats headphones will actually benefit from the same functionality.
Audio Sharing: also on Beats Studio3 Wireless, BeatsX, Powerbeats3 Wireless and Solo3 Wireless
If it is logical that the recent Beats headphones and earphones are integrated, Apple had however announced nothing share for accessories equipped with the chip H1. But according to Engadget, Apple has also planned to manage those who have a W1 processor. This means that the Beats Studio3 Wireless, BeatsX, Powerbeats3 Wireless and Solo3 Wireless speakers will be able to use the same audio sharing feature.
To enjoy it, you will need two things. First, Beats will release a new software update for its speakers on September 23 that will allow audio sharing. Secondly, you will also need Apple for the release of iOS 13.1, which fortunately now has September 24 as the release date. With all this in mind, you should be able to use audio sharing without any problem.
The audio sharing was originally a feature supposed to be part diOS 13, but was dcal. With it, you can listen to the same music with two pairs of headphones or two Bluetooth headphones on an iPhone or iPad.
