Spamhaus is a ranking referencing the worst hosts in the fight against spam. More precisely, they are the actors of the Web “knowingly providing their service to networks of spammers and ignoring the anti-spam reports of users and anti-spam systems”. The Iliad group, which notably includes the supplier Free, is in fourth position in this ranking.
According to Spamhaus, the host currently ignores 43 spam campaigns, as much as Telefonica Brazil, in third position. At the top of this ranking, we find Telecomitalia.it, Italian host. Note that the host OVH, fifth in this ranking last month took the lead to the point of no longer being cited by Spamhaus in its latest edition. In addition, Symantec’s monthly barometer, relayed by LeJournalDuNet, reveals that 77.7% of the emails exchanged in France in May were spam.
