The Huawei P50 Pro continues to unveil itself. Several months before the announcement, a Chinese informant revealed some key points from the datasheet. The flasghip would be distinguished by the presence of a 120 Hz screen, a fast recharge of 66W and a binocular zoom 200x. At the same time, a leak confirms the design of the rear photo unit.

A few days ago, an alleged stolen photo of the P50 Pro appeared on the SlashLeaks site, a platform for Internet users to share indiscretions about products not yet announced. The photo confirms most of the previous leaks, including renderings developed by OnLeaks.

Based on this leak, Concept Creator, a talented designer, developed 3D renderings showing the full design of the P50 Pro (see the YouTube video below). Unsurprisingly, the flagship is covered with a perforated 6.6-inch screen and surrounded by thin borders. On the back side, Huawei is betting on a quintuple photo sensor in a rectangular and elongated photo block. Obviously, the camera is signed Leica.

Leak reveals P50 Pro spec sheet

A few days later, a Chinese informant brought up the technical sheet of the P50 Pro on Sina Weibo, reports Gizchina. According to the leak, Huawei would rely on a 120 Hz touch screen for the Pro version. For its part, the standard P50 should be satisfied with a 90 Hz screen, like the last P40s. Within the Pro variant, we would find a Kirin 9000 SoC. The standard would be powered by a Kirin 9000e chipset. These would be the latest smartphones with a Kirin processor.

The autonomy would be entrusted to imposing batteries compatible with thehas 66 W wired fast charging and 55 W wireless charging. For a while, the Chinese firm considered integrating a 135 W fast charge before changing its mind. This technology is not yet fully developed and could damage the battery. On the photography side, Huawei would have developed a binocular zoom 200x. This hybrid zoom would rely on two lenses to work. As a reminder, Huawei would announce the new P50s during the month of March 2021.
