While Htc started sending press invitations to an event in Barcelona the day before the fair opened MWC 2015 devoted to all aspects of mobility, it is the Bloomberg agency which takes stock of the rumors of the moment.
She claims, according to an unnamed source, that the next benchmark smartphone HTC One M9 from the Taiwanese manufacturer will be similar in appearance to the current model (HTC One M8) but that it will have a 20 megapixel photo sensor on the back and a sensor Ultrapixel in front.
It would also have the new platform SnapDragon 810 of Qualcomm, once again lying rumors of a delay in processor production, and would benefit from a Dolby 5.1 sound. The Bloomberg agency says that HTC will also present its first connected watch during the MWC 2015 fair in Barcelona.
If its characteristics are not known, it should be able to synchronize with the fitness services of the company Under Armor which is interested in connected clothing and with which the manufacturer has signed a partnership.
It's been several quarters that there is talk of a smartwatch at HTC and the latest rumors were pointing to a launch early 2015, with the risk of being in direct confrontation with the Apple Watch.
