Very interesting new features appeared on the Apple Watch with watchOS 4, released in September 2017. Among these new features, we can mention: support for Apple Pay, new dials, a revamped dock, or even the section Exercise. But the novelty that interests us in this article is the possibility of using the Apple Watch as a flashlight.
This new feature offers the user the means to have like a flashlight on his watch. In reality, it is not a torch like the one we have on the iPhone. Since the Apple Watch is not equipped with flash. But, this simulation of flashlight comes from the screen of the watch which emits a rather powerful light and which will allow the user to carry out certain small tasks at night. Like lighting the door latch to insert the key, the lock of his car etc.

Once in the Control Center, you will see several icons appear, each offering different shortcuts. Among which, the famous shortcut flashlight.
Tap the lamp icon and you will see your Apple Watch screen turn white and very bright.
You will also be able to activate a flashing red screen. To activate this screen, swipe from right to left on the bright white screen.
