We are not going to make you the affront to explain to you how to turn on or off a Mac. As much, an iDevice does not necessarily turn off often, as much a computer turns off almost every day. Unless you are interested? We are not going to talk about hard reset or recovery mode. Simply turn off and on your iPhone and other Apple mobile devices.
1. How to turn on and off an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad

To turn on an iDevice, the method is the same for everyone. Hold down the lock button until the Apple logo appears. Simply !
1.3. Restart an iDevice without using the buttons
Would it be impossible for you to restart your iPhone without the buttons? Be aware that there is a solution against faulty buttons or for people with motor difficulties: AssistiveTouch.
Start by setting up AssistiveTouch.
1.3.1. Open Settings ;
1.3.2. Go to Accessibility > To touch > AssistiveTouch ;
1.3.3. Activate AssistiveTouch ;
You should see a circle appear on your screen that you can move as you wish.
1.3.4. Squeeze Customize the parent menu ;
1.3.5. Adjust the number of icons as desired;
1.3.6. Tap one of the icons;
1.3.7. Choose Apparatus or directly To restart ;
1.3.8. Validate with okay ;
Now use AssistiveTouch to restart your iPhone.
1.3.9. Open AssistiveTouch with the circle on your screen;
1.3.10. If you selected Apparatus > After > To restart.
Your iPhone will turn off and then turn on again without you having to do anything else.
This method is also very useful for screenshots.
2. How to turn an Apple Watch on and off
Unlike iPhone and iPad, all Apple Watches turn off and on in the same way (for now).
For switch off your Apple Watch:
2.1. Hold down the side button ;
2.2. Release when the screen displays 3 cursors;
2.3. Drag the slider Switch off.
For light up your Apple Watch, press the side button until the apple appears.
3. How to restart an Apple TV
You have to tell yourself that restarting an Apple TV is not possible. Of course it’s possible ! Go to Settings > System > To restart.
Yes To restart does not appear, here is the official process:
3.1. On the physical remote control, press and hold (the 2 top buttons) Menu + Main until the Apple TV status light flashes quickly;
3.2. Disconnect the power plug from the Apple TV for 5 seconds and then reconnect it;
3.3. Turn on the Apple TV;
3.4. See you in Settings > System > To restart.
At that point, you are probably thinking “You might as well just unplug it and plug it back in.” So yes, surely … but this is the official method.
If the HomePod is not included in these explanations, it is because the only way to turn it off is to unplug it.
