If Windows does not start

  1. Start with this key and once on the emergency screen choose Troubleshooting
  2. Click on Reset this PC

Note: If you have updated from Windows 7 / 8.1 to Windows 10 and want to reset your computer to factory condition, it will no longer be possible to use the function. Downgrade to an earlier version.
