Take your Steam library with you.
You can’t always be at your computer, it’s a fact. If it’s already in use or unavailable, you may miss your Steam account terribly. Fortunately, the Steam platform has thought of you. It offers to stream your games directly to your smartphone or tablet, using the Steam Link application.
During installation, and to save time, run Steam first on your computer. In parallel, install and launch the mobile application on your smartphone. You are offered, first, to choose your controller. Start the procedure for pairing your controller (Steam Controller or other compatible Bluetooth controller). Or if you don’t have one, choose touch controls. Once the controls are chosen, Steam Link tries to automatically detect the devices connected on your network.
Select your mobile device. The app will then automatically send a four-digit association code to Steam on this device. Enter the code, for example on your smartphone, to complete the configuration step. The Steam Link interface finally appears.
You can then launch the game directly from your computer. Go to your Steam library to launch the game of your choice. Be careful however, on some Steam games, the touch gameplay can be tricky.
