At the start of the year, the digital personal assistant and predictive information provider Google Now opened up to forty third-party applications on Android. Therefore, the possibility for Google Now to display information cards specific to these applications.
This opening continues with the entry of 70 new applications. Among these, there is for example Spotify to be able to have recommendations of playlists based on its listening history. Google also cites the case of YouTube for a playlist based on its preferences.
Among the other integrations in Google Now, we can also mention or remind BlaBlacar, Jawbone, RunKeeper, Télé-Loisirs, Marmiton, Airbnb, Shazam, TripAdvisor, Kayak, eBay, Waze, Duolingo…
To take advantage of all this, you must have the latest version of the Google application and obviously install the appropriate Android application for which Google Now information cards are desired.
Google promises to add even more apps and features in the future. The case of Google Now for iOS is however not mentioned.
