Facebook really wants people to use its platform to share videos and for that purpose it has launched a new app that is only for video creators. The app is called Facebook Creator and has several features to update stories, stream videos, and even send messages to different platforms owned by Facebook. Facebook describes the app as a “one stop shop for creators of all kinds”.

The app allows users to create original videos, access exclusive features, and interact with their community on Facebook without having to manage separate apps.
Features include a live creation kit that offers several tools for live broadcasts. Creators can add intros such as openings for their live videos, outros to end videos, personalized stickers, and graphic frames.
There is a wide range of camera and frame effects. The app also has the ability to crosspost content to other platforms. Creators can even use the app to access Facebook Stories.
The app will also provide them with easy access to metrics, so they can view analytics on their page, videos, and fans.
The Facebook Creator app has been released globally for iOS. Facebook has stated that the Android version of this app will be released in the coming months. The app is available for everyone on Pages or Profiles, so anyone can download it from the App Store now.
