EMUI 11 has already been installed by 37 Huawei and Honor smartphones. Since its launch in November, the update has been deployed on a large number of phones around the world, says the Chinese group. The list includes both terminals included in the beta program and devices that may have installed the stable version of the firmware.
In September 2020, Huawei lifted the veil on EMUI 11, its new Android overlay. Despite the sanctions against it, the Chinese manufacturer quickly deployed the update to the devices in its catalog, including the P40, P40 Pro and Mate 30 Pro. Then, Huawei pushed its new interface on less recent or high-end phones, such as the Nova 7 or the terminals of its former subsidiary Honor.
In a post on Sina Weibo, the Chinese social network, Huawei claims to have rolled out the update to a total of 37 smartphones over the past few weeks, report our colleagues from Huawei Central. The manufacturer lists both smartphones from its own catalog and the one sold under the Honor brand.
