In a file devoted in particular to the problems currently encountered by resellers of the Apple brand in Belgium and France, the magazine Trends Trends this week marks the arrival of eight twelve Apple Stores in our country.
The magazine Trends Trends takes stock this week of the worrying situation of Apple Premium Resellers (APR) in Belgium and France. A file of 6 pages is devoted to it in which we find explanations on the controversial methods encountered by the first French exclusive dealer (eBizcuss) which also controls the Mac Line brands in Belgium. As a reminder, the French group eBizcuss is currently in default of payment. The latter accuses Apple of abuse of a dominant position, abuse of economic dependence, and unfair competition (read our article: French group eBizcuss sues Apple). As a small child, the APR stores belonging to the Bizcuss group found themselves faced with a major problem: that of being henceforth delivered by the dropper by … their partner Apple whereas the latter, for its part, does not experience any difficulty in flowing its products thanks to its stocks comfortably available. A situation also experienced by the APR in Belgium who are following very closely the evolution of the situation of eBizcuss while also hoping to get answers. And there is something to worry about for these brands in Belgium, it seems. Indeed, the file of our colleagues from Trends Trends returns to the information recently mentioned by the daily The Echoes according to which Apple is about to open its first Apple Store in Belgium by 2014. A first store which would take place in the Louise district of Brussels (read our article: An Apple Store Brussels in 2014?). But if we crust the magazine, it would not be just a single apple store that would be arriving in our country. Informed by a source specializing in the distribution of the apple brand, the magazine reports the arrival of numerous stores belonging directly to the Cupertino company. “There will probably be eight twelve Apple Retail Stores in Belgium”, says this source and add "A first store could therefore open on Avenue de la Toison d 'Or Brussels, a second store could also take place at the Woluwe Shopping Center, a Lige, a Namur, two Antwerp, a Wijnegem and a Ghent." What actually increase the concern of the APR distribution network in our country, while fans of the apple brand, them, will certainly rejoice.
