Barrel is a tweak available for a few years on Cydia but that we had never presented to you on Worldissmall. For those who do not know it, it allows you to add many animated transition effects to your jailbroken iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. Barrel is obviously fully compatible with iOS 8 since last October.
The tweak has recently been updated to add two new transition modes called Swirl and Whrilpool. The first one adds an orbital rotation effect to the application icons on the springboard when you go from one page to another. The second strongly resembles Swirl, but offers a more accentuated rotation.
As you can see, Barrel is one of the essential tweaks for those who like to personalize their iOS device in every detail.
