Cyberpunk 2077 has seen a catastrophic release. The console versions are singled out for their deplorable condition. While the title is no longer sold in dematerialized form, the physical versions are now sold off on commercial sites.
Cyberpunk 2077 has been talked about a lot since its release. If the PC version is technically correct, despite many bugs, this is not the case of the PS4 and Xbox One versions. The state of the game there is catastrophic, which has led Microsoft and Sony to withdraw it from their online store.
If it is no longer possible to buy the game in dematerialized form, it can still be found in a boxed version. The American site The Verge noticed that the physical versions of Cyberpunk on console had fallen in price in the United States, from 60 to 30 dollars. By digging a little, we realize that it is the same in Europe.

Indeed, on Amazon, the title went from 70 euros to 40 euros, both in its PS4 version and in its Xbox One version. The PC version is not affected by such a significant reduction in price, but is still displayed at 55 euros instead of 60 euros. Same thing on Fnac, where the game is also displayed at this price. For the moment, only these two merchant sites offer such a reduction.

A cheap console version
Seeing such a drop in price is not surprising. CD Projekt is currently in turmoil after a very complicated release. If the console versions gradually improve with patches, we are still a long way from the initial promise. The PS5 and Xbox Series X version of the game shouldn’t arrive before the end of the year.
In addition, there are accusations of mismanagement of development on the part of CD Projekt. Last weekend, Bloomberg did indeed publish a long survey pointing to the crunch imposed on employees, bogus demos or simply the fact that the studio was aware of the catastrophic state of the game.
The app is therefore now sold for 40 euros. But be careful if you decide to crack, the game is not at the technical level, being often at the limit of the unplayable. If you take it, it is with full knowledge of the facts. Hopefully the patches improve it considerably over time.
