CD Projekt Red has just unveiled an ultra-exclusive edition of the RTX 3080 in Cyberpunk 2077 colors. For the time being, the publisher simply seems to intend to give a Chinese fan a single unit of the card via a game competition.
CD Projekt Red is in the process of winning a unique Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 card, since it is fully personalized in Cyberpunk 2077 colors. The publisher has shown a single image, which we have included in the front page of this article. It is basically a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Founder Edition card.
It features various screen-printed graphics in the game’s electric yellow with Cyberpunk 2077 lettering on the edge – as well as white and gray elements on a black background. The map itself was unveiled on the sidelines of a competition game organized on Bilibili. For those who don’t know, Bilibili is a Chinese social network and video platform.
CD Projekt Red unveils new special edition RTX 3080
There are mostly animation, comics, and of course games. The aesthetic choices of the editor on this version are more discreet than on another card, an Nvidia 2080 Ti, which CD Projekt Red recently launched (see illustration at the end of the article). This 2080 Ti indeed used entirely yellow panels, with a neon blue GeForce RTX inscription on the edge.
Of course, since its release, the 2080 Ti has been overtaken by Nvidia’s new generation of RTX 3000 cards. The 2080 Ti Special Edition had been released several months earlier – it was supposed to coincide with the game’s release, before the game was repeatedly postponed.
If you are interested in this competition, know thatyou must have a Weibo account to participate and understand that the game is only open to people residing in China. However, you can access it by clicking on this link.
