Only eight days before we can get our hands on Cyberpunk 2077 this December 10, 2020. After multiple postponements, one of the most ambitious titles of the last ten years is about to land on Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S , PS4 / PS5 and PC. A few days before the launch, the developers of CD Projekt RED are working hard to shine the spotlight on their game.

After having published a final trailer taking stock of the history, gameplay and universe of Cyberpunk 2077, the teams of the Polish studio have just unveiled a new trailer, this time dedicated to the Photo mode of the title. This feature was sorely lacking in The Witcher 3, and CD Projekt decided to rectify the situation on Cyberpunk 2077.

For good reason, the Photo mode has become a must in recent years and we find it for example on God of war, Red Dead Redemption 2, or The Last Of Us Part 2. Special mention also to Ghost of Tsushima’s photo mode, which is particularly complete.

As much to say it right away, the Photo mode of Cyberpunk 2077 may well appeal to amateurs, as the possibilities offered seem numerous. There are thus five different tabs dedicated to camera angle, field of view, pose of your character, visual effects and stickers.

Each houses a plethora of submenus. In the Effect tab alone, it will be possible to have fun tweaking the exposure, contrast, areas of light, vignette, chromatic aberration, or even grain. In the Pose tab, you can modify the weapon held in your hand or the position of your character, the expression of the face, or the camera gaze. Everything seems to come together to keep budding and professional photographers busy for hours.

As a reminder, CD Projekt RED has returned in detail to the transfer of Cyberpunk 2077 saves. It will indeed be possible to switch your progress made on PS4 or Xbox One on the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions of the title.
