Two days after the attack on Charlie Hebdo which claimed the lives of 12 people, reactions of support for the newspaper, the families of the victims and the police are constantly flowing in France, but also around the world.
Since last night, the official page of the siteApple France displays a black banner at the bottom of the page, on which we can read the sentence “I am Charlie”. As a reminder, Google also participated in this tribute on its French search engine by adding the logo “Je suis Charlie”. The latter is obviously still present at this address at the time of writing.
Apple and Google are obviously not the only companies to have participated in this demonstration of support. Many French and foreign media have in their own way paid tribute to the victims of this attack on the premises of Charlie Hebdo.
For those who would like to help the weekly, know that it will be released in 1,000,000 copies next Wednesday instead of 60,000 usually. According to The world, “the proceeds of this next issue will be entirely donated to the families of the victims, the distributors renouncing their commission”.
