Lenovo has decided to play the originality card at CES 2012. After an Android TV, it is another product that creates surprise on the stand of the Chinese manufacturer. Because as an ultrabook, Lenovo has chosen to revisit the Tablet PC, a product that has never really made a break outside of some markets niche. However, this is what Lenovo Yoga will try to do.
Concretely, it is a laptop with the compactness and technical specifications of an ultrabook but also and above all a screen swivel 360 °, halfway between the traditional laptop and the tablet. Another peculiarity of Yoga: it runs on Windows 8. This surprising detail is much less when the makers of the manufacturer explain that their product will not see the light of day before the release of the next Microsoft OS.
In fact, their discretion as to the technical specificities of Yoga finds its explanation. They barely concede that their future baby will not weigh more than 1.5 kg on the scale. Failing to surf the buzzultrabook, Lenovo is already committed to that of Windows 8.
