tim cook book - A book retracing Tim Cook's journey at the helm of Apple will be released in April

The death of Steve Jobs has left a huge void in one of the most innovative companies of all time. Jobs was not only the founder and iconic CEO of Apple; he was the living embodiment of a global megabrand. It was hard to imagine anyone taking off their shoes, especially Tim Cook, the very closed director who many thought was some sort of “operations drone” from Apple.

After speaking with several experts close to Apple, Kahney tells how a man tried to replace an irreplaceable one. Thanks to strong and human leadership, his experience in the supply chain and his attachment to his values, this man was more successful than anyone would have thought possible.

The book will return to some of the Cupertino firm’s milestones, such as the scenes of the battle between Apple and the FBI during the San Bernardino terrorist act, or the company’s efforts to become a green brand.
