According to information Bloomberg, Apple is preparing a large number of new products for the year 2019 (and 2020). Firmware iOS 13 would be presented next June on the occasion of the WWDC with a dark mode, and the next iPhone would be equipped with a triple photo sensor (among others).

With iOS 13, Apple should adopt certain new features that were initially planned for iOS 12, such as the improvement of CarPlay and new features specific to the iPad: new home screen, better file management, or even the possibility of display multiple instances of the same app. The American company also plans a dark mode on iOS devices, on the same principle as the dark mode of macOS 10.14 Mojave released in 2018.

The iPhones that will be presented in 2019 would use a triple photo sensor, but only on the successor model to the iPhone XS Max, as well as an improved Face ID and a new version of Live photos to increase the duration of the recording. Apple could abandon the Lightning port to switch to USB-C.

As for the iPhone planned for 2020, it would be equipped with a 3D photo sensor located on the back, much more efficient and effective than that used on the latest iPhone. Bloomberg “Confirms” also a new 10-inch iPad for spring, with a faster processor and a Lightning port.
