Some applications do not have a full screen mode
Wait! What? We thought that all applications were displayed in full screen mode and there was no variation. Unfortunately, some applications are not properly designed by developers. The problem can therefore come from the application itself and not from your smartphone. All good mobile app developers always take into account the screen size of the devices on which the app will be used after publication. Thus, they generally take into account all the screen ranges that may be involved in the execution of their application.
Your note screen size may be much larger than predicted by the developer. Honestly, you need to switch to another app that offers better support for large screens.
Poorly designed applications can affect performance
In addition to not being able to take advantage of the application and all of its supposedly great features, you may end up with certain complications. One of these complications from poorly designed mobile applications can damage your phone software. This can lead to poor overall performance.
You also risk seeing the hardware of your smartphone damaged by such poor applications. It would be really annoying to lose a great device for something that had other alternatives available on the Play Store. I wouldn't run for customer service stores and ask them to look at my phone just because I tried a crazy application. Would you like

1 – Check the applications in full screen in the parameters
Sometimes, some apps do not work in full screen because your smartphone is trying to save battery. For this, some applications may not be run in full screen. However, an option is available in the settings when you consult the applications section. Here you can easily find which applications are running in full screen and which are not allowed in full screen mode.
Activate / deactivate this parameter as you wish, and you have a simple and fast solution for your applications which do not run in full screen mode.
Icons 2- Stretch in the window of recent applications
Some applications may require manual printing and enlarging their display size on the screen of your Note 9. This may be a bit confusing for some people. There is no real reason as to why this is happening. But there is a simple solution here too.
While your application is running in the background, open the recent applications window. Once all the applications are running, simply drag the application to increase its display. You can easily drag it full screen or adjust it to a few centimeters, you choose.
