The CEO of the apple company Tim cook has a rather busy schedule at the moment, since he has made multiple trips in recent weeks. However, the most important is certainly the one that took place in China a few days ago and during which he met some senior officials of the country, but also local economic operators (Didi Chuxing in this case).
The visits are not yet quite finished for the boss of Apple. Tim Cook is also expected in India for a meeting with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, and he will be there very soon.
Several points should be discussed during this meeting. First, we can cite the question concerning the sale of used iPhones in the country, an operation which has been refused by the Indian government. Tim Cook should therefore put this matter back on the carpet and convince the Prime Minister to give the firm he directs the authorization to sell his smartphones in the country.
In addition, the project to set up an iPhone manufacturing plant on the Indian continent should also be at the heart of the discussion (read: Foxconn wants to open a factory in India to manufacture iPhone).
