Bad news for those who planned to downgrade of their iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch from iOS 8.1.3 to iOS 8.1.2 using our tutorial from January 29. Indeed, for a few hours, Apple no longer signs iOS 8.1.2 released two weeks ago.
From now on, it is therefore impossible to restore your iDevice under firmware other than iOS 8.1.3. In other words, the jailbreak is no longer possible for all owners of iOS devices under this version of Apple’s mobile operating system…
For the next jailbreak, we will probably have to wait for the release of iOS 8.2 or even that of iOS 8.3, the first pre-version of which is already available for developers (read: iOS 8.3 beta 1 available on iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch) .
If by chance you are still on iOS 8.1.2 and you want to unpack your Apple smartphone or tablet, you can follow our jailbreak tutorials with the TaiG (for Windows) and PP (for Mac) tools.
