It’s official, CNBC tells us that it’s Sam Jadallah who now leads the connected house Apple.
The latter, having confirmed that he works at Apple on his LinkedIn profile, has experience in his field: he notably founded Otto, a start-up which will subsequently develop a high-end connected lock.
There is nothing trivial about hiring S. Jadallah. This is the latest sign that makes us think that Apple takes the theme of the connected home seriously. In addition, the firm also acquired the start-up “Pullstring”, which specializes in voice recognition toys.
This purchase as well as this hiring could well help Apple to appropriate the central place in terms of connected house.
